Flapjack
- The ingredients:

- 175g butter (salted is ok)
- 80g golden syrup or honey
- 90g treacle
- 175g sugar (granulated or muscavado)
- 350g porridge oats
- Optional Ingredients
- 1/2 unwaxed lemon finely grated zest
- or lemon juice
- pinch of ground ginger
- Equipment

- Large mixing bowl
- Weighing scales
- Grater (optional)
- Baking tray or pyrex dish
- Grease-proof paper
- Procedure:

- Heat fan assisted oven to 423 K.
- Mix ingedients in mixing bowl.
- Place on tray or dish in preheated oven for 2400 seconds.
