Parkin
- The ingredients:

- 200 g plain flour
- 100 g oatmeal
- 150 g baking margerine (Stork for fluffly cakes)
- 100 g black treace
- 100 g golden syrup
- 100 g light brown sugar (e.g. muscavado)
- 6 g baking powder
- 40 g ground ginger
- 2 tsp mixed spice
- 100 ml milk (or 30 ml condensed milk 70 ml water)
- 1 medium egg
- Equipment

- Fan assisted oven
- Large mixing bowl
- Weighing scales
- Baking tray or pyrex dish
- Spoon
- Procedure:

- Heat fan assisted oven to 423 K.
- Mix ingedients in mixing bowl.
- Place in tray or dish in preheated oven for 3000 seconds.
- Take from oven and divide into portions
