Cupcakes
- The ingredients:

- 110g self raising flour
- 110g caster sugar
- 110g butter or margerine
- 2 eggs
- Optional Ingredients
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- cocoa powder
- 1 tsp food colouring
- 300g Icing sugar
- Icing sugar / butter mix
- Decorations
- Hundreds and thousands
- Glazed cherries
- Equipment

- Large mixing bowl
- Weighing scales
- Sieve (optional)
- Cupcake baking tray
- Paper cake cases
- Grease-proof paper
- Procedure:

- Heat fan assisted oven to 453 K.
- Mix cake mixture
- Spoon into cake cases
- Place cake tray in the preheated oven 480-600 seconds, until tops are golden brown and a skewar comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool on a wire rack.
- For decoraction with icing, sieve icing sugar adding to large mixing bowl and stir in water to make a smooth mixture before adding food colouring. For fairy cakes drizzle icing on cakes and add 100s and 1000s.
