Biscuit base recipe
- The ingredients:

- 65 g rolled oats
- 75 g butter (cold)
- 100 g flour (wholemeal)
- 1.25 g bicarbinate of soda
- 35 g sugar
- Equipment

- Mixing bowl
- Baking tray / cake tin
- Procedure:

- Heat fan assisted oven to 423 K.
- Prepare baking tray, use grease-proof baking paper with a small amount of butter.
- Mix ingredients to make breadcrumbs
- Spread and compress in bottom of cake tin, for biscuits press into small rounds and put on baking tray (not yet tested).
- Bake for 800 seconds.
- Allow to cool and add further ingredients
