Biscuit base recipe

The ingredients:
  • 65 g rolled oats
  • 75 g butter (cold)
  • 100 g flour (wholemeal)
  • 1.25 g bicarbinate of soda
  • 35 g sugar
Equipment
  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking tray / cake tin
Procedure:
  1. Heat fan assisted oven to 423 K.
  2. Prepare baking tray, use grease-proof baking paper with a small amount of butter.
  3. Mix ingredients to make breadcrumbs
  4. Spread and compress in bottom of cake tin, for biscuits press into small rounds and put on baking tray (not yet tested).
  5. Bake for 800 seconds.
  6. Allow to cool and add further ingredients
